Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([company_name], [company_street], [company_city], e-mail: [company_email]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail or a letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. With the withdrawal, the license key is blocked or the subscription ended.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent on the order page; the license key is delivered immediately after payment.
